Brashear hosted Green City Friday. The Lady Tigers dug themselves a pretty deep hole in the softball game, allowing Green City to score 4 runs in the 2nd inning. The Gophers would add another in the 4th to lead 5-0 before the Tigers scored 6 in the 4th and 4 in the 5th to claim a 10-7 win. Averi Acton and Hannah Grissom had 3 hits apiece for Brashear with Sierra Snyder, Emily Mason, and Alexa Higgins also having hits. Averi Acton went the distance on the mound striking out 10, and allowing only 1 earned run.

The Tigers also gave Green City an early lead with a run in the top of the 1st, but bounced back to take a 3-1 lead at the end of the 1st. Both teams added runs throughout the game, but Brashear maintained their lead till the end to win by a final score of 11-6. Quin Allen drove in 5 runs for Brashear with a pair of home runs and a single. Garrett Housman, Austin Peterson, and Brhet Place also homered with Housman having 3 hits. Wyatt Reeves and John Gerhold had 2 hits each. Branden Jochimsen got the start going 6 innings with Colton Sayre pitching a scoreless 7th.
